I am the Stake Camp Cook for Girls Camp this Year.

I can feel the laughter coming from all of you that know me. :)

Okay so it is not a joke.  I am responsible for the menu and all of the shopping
{this part I can handler:) }  We give each Ward the ingredients and directions for each meal and they cook it.  We feed everyone on Wednesday when they first arrive at camp and then the Stake Presidency comes up on Friday night and we feed them.  No pressure:)

So I am not blogging about cooking. I am in need of help for a small token of appreciation to give to all of the "Ward Cooks".  I am thinking an cute apron or a cute potholder.  Any fun easy and inexpensive ideas??  Anyone????

This year each ward is assigned a country:  Mexico, Denmark,  China, Germany, Italy, New Zealand, Israel, Madagascar, Russia and the Mission Home.  I kind of wanted to do something that is unique to each country.

I like the apron idea. But donig something themed from their country is cute too. WHY I AM REALLY COMMENTING is because Alliene wants an invite to your blog. So, I am passing that along (Read last comment under my "secret home-made something" post). Also, she is very creative and would probably have some great idea for your camp delimina! AND you will do great at that. I would go to camp, just to eat your food! :)

Ha Ha I remember when I was called as Ward Camp Cook last year. You are actually a great cook. The girls are lucky to have you.

Those ideas sound cute. I think Williams Sonoma can do personalized spatulas. You could put a cute saying on there.
