I think the picture says it all.....

Everytime  one of our Drivers takes a load through Kansas they site him for something new.  The First time it was failure to register with "their" state to drive through it.  (funny we paid thousands of dollars to be able to drive through all 48 contiguous states)  Apparently a state can make up their own rules and inforce them without sending out notification to those that are registered to go throught their state.

Well after the first 300.00 dollar ticket I called Kansas and asked for a list of other States that had the same requirements. (they assured me that what they did was done by approxemately 23-30 other states)  When asked they could not produce a list or anything of value to help ME find out which states were included in "their" program.  Wow!  I was expected to just say thank you nicely and wait for another state to site me.  UGH!!!

Well Thursday I recieve another call from our driver,  yes he was in Kansas,  They are now telling him that they started siting companys for deliquent MCS-150 form filings.  So this trip they write him up for this new policy.  He was just there two weeks ago and they said nothing when he asked if there was anything else that they required.  Can I just say... WHO IS RUNNING THE STATE OF KANSAS??????

OR MAYBE THE RIGHT QUESTION IS WHO IS RUNNING THE STATE OF ARIZONA????

I am thinking about making a "Trucking for Dummy's"  Website.  I will post everything I have learned in the last 11 years and the most direct and simple way to go about accomplishing the "hoop jumping tasks that the government requires".    It will not be written in code words or as see "section 350A of  article x in the "For the governments eyes only"  code book.

I realize that none of this makes sense to many if not all of you, but sometimes a girl just has to vent.

If you have any advice I will listen.
